Do you need water and electricity at my place?

No — and that's precisely the advantage of FlashWash: we arrive completely self-sufficient. We bring our own water (in a pressurised tank), our own electricity (via silent professional batteries) and all the equipment — vacuums, foam machines, microfibre cloths, products. You have absolutely nothing to prepare, plug in or provide. Whether your car is on the street, in a car park, outside the office or in an underground garage, we work with no logistical burden on your side.

How long does a wash take?

Accepted Answer

A full clean takes around 2h30 — the time needed to do things properly: pre-wash, hand wash with microfibre mitts, rinsing, drying, treatment of the wheels and plastics, complete vacuuming of the cabin, disinfection and interior dressing. For quicker or more advanced services (polish, ceramic coating, leather treatment), we adapt the duration to the job. The time slot is confirmed over WhatsApp and we work around your schedule.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Brussels and the surrounding areas — the 19 communes of the Brussels-Capital Region (Ixelles, Uccle, Saint-Gilles, Etterbeek, Schaerbeek, Woluwe, Anderlecht, Forest, Molenbeek and so on) as well as the immediate outskirts. For locations further afield, write to us: we look at each request individually and prepare a tailored quote that accounts for the travel.

Question 4

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A €50 deposit is required at booking to lock in your slot definitively: we send you a Payconiq link or our bank details right after the call. That deposit is fully deducted from the final price, and refunded in full if you cancel at least 48h before the appointment. The balance is paid at the end of the service, once you have inspected the car and approved the quality. We accept card (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard), cash, instant bank transfer, Payconiq, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For businesses and fleets, an invoice is issued automatically.

Do you handle company fleets?

Yes — it's a large part of what we do. We work with leasing companies, taxi operators, dealerships, short-term rental firms and Brussels SMEs that want their vehicles kept spotless without tying up an employee for hours. We offer negotiated volume rates, centralised monthly invoicing, a recurring schedule (weekly / fortnightly / monthly) and a dedicated contact for coordination.

Are your products genuinely eco-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All our products are 100% biodegradable, pH-neutral, free from phosphates and harsh solvents. Our optimised method lets us use up to 90% less water than a traditional car wash — a full clean uses only 15 to 25 litres of water, where an automatic tunnel uses 150 to 300. Waste water is collected properly and never poured into drains. Better for your paintwork, for Brussels and for the planet.
